Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
By signing the receipt voucher provided by the shipping courier upon order delivery, you
acknowledge and confirm that you have received the purchased items in good condition.
Consequently, returns or refunds for defective items become inapplicable.
- • Issues and defects with orders will be addressed on a case-by-case basis by the Sanitary
Sources team.
- • Do not send product(s)/item(s) to Sanitary Sources before contacting the team for
instructions.
- • Upon contact, you will be assigned a return authorization number. Any product(s)/item(s)
returned without this authorization number may be misplaced, and replacement or
website credit refunds may not be possible.
- • If you change your mind after purchasing a product/item from Sanitary Sources, please
reach out via our Contact Us page to explain your reasoning.
- • Sanitary Sources offers a return/exchange service valid for 7 days after you receive the
shipment.
- • If you fail to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the shipment, your
claim will no longer be valid.
Cancellation Policy:
- 1. If the product(s) have not yet been dispatched to the shipping courier, we can cancel the
order immediately and issue a full refund.
- 2. If the product(s) have already been dispatched, the cost of the product will be refunded
via website credit. However, you will need to arrange and cover the full cost of returning
the order.
The returned product(s)/item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- • They must be in their original condition and packaging.
- • The product(s)/item(s)’ tags, the original invoice, and the assigned return authorization
number must be included.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the Sanitary Sources quality control team
verifies the returned product(s)/item(s).
Once the return is processed successfully, you will receive website credit via email from Sanitary
Sources.
Please note: Shipping charges on returned items cannot be refunded.
- 3. Issues or defects with orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Upon approval
from Sanitary Sources management, we may accept returned product(s)/item(s) for
website credit within 7 days of receiving the shipment, provided the returned items meet
the outlined conditions.
- 4. In rare instances where the received product(s)/item(s) are damaged due to a defect in
material or workmanship, we will offer a replacement (if available in stock) or a
reimbursement via website credit.
- 5. Discounted product(s)/item(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- 6. Product(s)/item(s) categorized as earrings and piercings on Sanitary Sources are non
returnable and non-refundable.
- 7. If you receive the wrong product(s)/item(s), immediately contact Sanitary Sources’
customer service. We will cover the full cost of the return and ensure you receive the
correct product(s)/item(s) at no additional cost. Note that before dispatching the correct
items, the incorrectly sent items must first be returned to us.
You are required to inspect your products upon receipt and file any claims within 7 days.
